He was born on October 10, 1954. He graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1978. He is single and has a daughter, Alexis.

Bill began his Professional DJ Career in 1995, and began working with Fantasia Sound in 2002.

Bill is a versatile DJ Entertainer. He has the ability to customize the music from a CD library averaging 800 CD's with approximately 10,000 song tracks at each event, and his style to meet the needs set forth at every event, from Weddings to Dances. He is at his best when he is allowed to be interactive with those in attendance at your event. Bill functions well at all events including those involving young people.
